Perform administrative support functions for the Operations department, coordinate and manage operational priorities as requested
•Coordinate communication among the Operation personnel and outside parties
• Coordinate transportation of the site personnel to/from the workshop
• Administration of Service Tickets: checking, recording and timely submission for the subsequent invoicing
• Preparation and submission of Job Bonus Sheets for Expat and Local personnel to the accounting department on a monthly basis
• Update and distribute “People on Board” , Utilization Sheet
• Maintain Personnel Rotation Planner data sheet
• Get TRS crews ready prior to going to rig site with job specific details. On returning from rig a full debrief is an essential requirement for this position to enable any issues to be addressed and gain valuable lessons learned.
Apply basic working knowledge of systems,procedures,customers,products and processes to perform assigned functions with moderate reliance on others for direction.My respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials,secondary sources or more senior staff.
